Depending on the property's location, characteristics and specific requirements, we will carry out regular inspections throughout the year, carefully checking the condition of the property both internally and externally. The service generally includes 2 to 4 inspections per year, with the possibility of arranging a customised frequency based on the homeowner's needs and the characteristics of the property.
The aim is to identify any anomalies or issues at an early stage that could potentially lead to more serious damage over time.

Taking care of a home even when it is unoccupied means preventing problems, preserving its value and responding promptly whenever necessary. Our property inspection service is designed to provide homeowners with peace of mind, security and monitoring of their property, even from a distance.
In the event of particularly severe weather conditions, exceptional events, or emergencies, we can carry out an additional inspection to assess the condition of the property.
The homeowner will be promptly informed of the actual condition of the property and of any issues identified, allowing the necessary action to be assessed and taken quickly.

Should any problems or anomalies be identified during an inspection, such as burst or damaged pipes, water infiltration, leaks, damage, or other critical issues, we will inform the homeowner and, subject to prior authorisation, can coordinate the intervention of trusted technicians and professionals.
This provides the homeowner with a single point of contact, including for situations requiring immediate attention, avoiding unnecessary delays and facilitating a prompt resolution of the problem.
Following each inspection, the homeowner will receive photographic and/or video documentation showing the condition of the property.
The documentation may cover both internal areas and outdoor spaces, giving the homeowner a clear and up-to-date overview of the property's condition, even when they are not physically present.

The service is available from € 300,00 per year.
The cost may vary depending on the property's location, characteristics and the frequency of inspections required.
It is also possible to agree on a customised number of inspections and create a tailored service based on the specific requirements of the property.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE SERVICE
To keep the property in optimal condition over time, a property cleaning programme can also be combined with the Home Watch service.
